Meet the specialists
Planning guru
David has been involved in planning for over 30 years, so much so he's forgotten more than most of us will ever know! If you're after advice on planning feasibility, policy or strategy look no further!
He's also come up with a few off the wall design ideas at times so if you're looking for guidance for that wow factor in your building, he'll happily put forward some suggestions.
Sustainability pundit
Heather has had an interest in all things sustainable building since her undergraduate days. A Certified Passivhaus Designer, AECB Carbonlite Graduate and owner of a barn currently undergoing and EnerPHit Plus conversion, she is well placed to offer advice across a broad range of topics.
Her forte is assessing sites and buildings to come up with strategies that make the most of the environment to maximise natural light, solar gains and frame views.
Eye for design
Emma has extensive experience in high end residential developments and as such has a keen eye for all things design from composition architectural visualisations to putting together mood boards, material/texture palettes and furniture options for interior design.
She offers insightful views into the opportunities provided by even the smallest of interventions on what appear to be rather nondescript spaces to transform how occupying them feels.
All things building
Alison prides herself in announcing that she is not an architect thanks to her background on building sites since her teenage years. She is the first port of call for all things health and safety, project management, site issues and contracts.
Alison has a background in quantity surveying so is great to have in your corner when preparing tenders and negotiating prices and also works for a plumbing company so knows a thing or two about pipes and plant!
