As Certified Passivhaus Designers we offer Passivhaus Designer services and PHPP modelling on projects we haven't carried out the architectural design on and have experience working on a consultancy basis on larger schemes that are aiming for certification.

Contract administration/project management

Has your designer got you planning permission but can't help with the latter work stages? We have experience in all work stages and team members with extensive experience in latter stages including technical design, pulling together tender packages and helping to find and appoint a builder.

We are familiar with contract administration, carrying out valuations, certifying payments and variations. We also offer some project management options to help make sure things run smoothly on site.
